Recent news headlines have everyone focused on the credit card breach at Target.  First National Bank has your safety as a top priority.  At this time, we are keeping a close watch on the Target investigation and has been in communication with Shazam, FNB’s electronic funds service provider. We should have updated information from Shazam within the next couple days regarding any affected accounts.

As First National Bank receives updates regarding the Target Card Breech and information from Shazam, we will share that information with you. In the meantime we encourage you to follow these steps to ensure the safety of your account:

· Continue to watch your account transactions (via internet or mobile banking), to see if there is any unauthorized transactions.

· Obtain your credit report from each nationwide credit reporting agency.  You are entitled one free credit report per year.  If you discover fraudulent information on your credit report, request this information be removed from your credit report file.

· Contact First National Bank immediately if you have any concerns with your account, and we will help you resolve these issues.
